First hydrant site at Stansted Airport

North Air starts managing and operating its first hydrant site at Stansted Airport.

General Manager David Atherton said “We are thrilled to have won the contract at Stansted Airport, the opportunity to manage and operate the fuel farm and hydrant operation is a momentous time for the company.  North Air has a vast amount of expertise within the UK managing fuel storage and into plane services, however this contract will continue to help build our extensive portfolio moving forward! “

Stansted Airport is owned by Manchester Airports Group and was the fourth busiest UK airport in 2014 with over 143,000 flights carrying 19.9 million passengers to over 100 destinations.
